I get this is in public beta right now, and I’m interested in developing some educational coursework using this. However, before I dive into spending too much time on this, I’d like to know what your plans are for pricing. Will there be a free tier? Or a plan free for education? Otherwise, what kind of cost can we expect?
We haven’t decided upon the pricing yet. But it’s highly likely:
- There will be free tier.
- Plans for education (if you are interested in conducting courses in datalore, write to me a message, and we might provide you with credits, if it requires more powerful instances).
- Per resource pricing will be comparable to the pricing of corresponding instances on public clouds. There might be some plans which charge fixed amount for some prededfined set of resources.
